Right Rehab, LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026
Right Rehab, LLC, doing business as Right Rehab Physical Therapy (“Right Rehab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website https://right.rehab and related communications for our cash-pay physical-therapy clinic in Kirkland, Washington. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how we handle mobile phone numbers used for our SMS messaging program.
Clinical health records created during treatment are also subject to applicable health-privacy laws. This page describes our website, contact forms, and text-message program. It is not a substitute for a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices provided at the clinic when one applies.
Who we are
Right Rehab Physical Therapy

Phone: (425) 825-0898

Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details such as your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number
- Appointment, billing, and account information related to physical-therapy services
- Messages you send through our website forms, email, phone, paper intake forms, or text messages
- Technical information automatically collected when you visit the website, such as browser type, device type, referring URL, and general usage data
How we collect information
We collect information when you:
- Submit a web form on right.rehab (including contact and appointment-related forms)
- Complete a paper form at the clinic or return intake paperwork
- Book, change, or attend an appointment
- Call, email, or text the practice
- Visit the website (limited technical data from your browser)
SMS messaging program
If you opt in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Right Rehab about appointment reminders and billing notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not required to receive treatment.
How SMS consent is collected
We collect express written consent to send text messages one way only:
- Paper form. You provide your mobile number and sign an SMS-consent statement on a paper Communications Consent form at the clinic. The consent box is unchecked until you choose to check it. A blank copy is published at right.rehab/sms-consent/.
There is no online or web-form opt-in. Once you are registered you can change or withdraw your preference at any time in your secure patient portal under Communication Preferences, or by any of the methods in “Opt out and help” below. The patient portal is for changing or withdrawing a preference, not for giving consent.
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS at all. We send appointment reminders and billing notifications only, and only to a number whose owner has signed a paper Communications Consent form. Signing that form is not a condition of receiving care.
How we use mobile numbers
We use your mobile number only to send the messages you consented to receive, to honor HELP and STOP requests, and to operate and document the messaging program. We do not sell mobile numbers. We will not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use a messaging vendor (currently Twilio) to deliver texts on our behalf. That vendor processes numbers and message content only to transmit messages and maintain delivery records for us. It is not permitted to use your number for its own marketing.
Opt out and help
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation and then stop all text messages to that number. You can get help by replying HELP or by contacting us at (425) 825-0898 or info@right.rehab.
Text messages are not a secure channel for sensitive health details. Please do not reply with diagnoses, full medical histories, or other information you would not want sent over ordinary SMS. Use a phone call or a clinic visit for those conversations.
How we use other information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule or change appointments
- Provide physical-therapy services and related billing
- Send the communications you have requested or consented to, including SMS
- Maintain the website and improve our operations
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and protect the practice, patients, and the public
When we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the website, email, calendar, payments, or SMS delivery, under obligations to use the data only for our purposes
- Professional advisors, insurers, or authorities when required or appropriate under law
- A successor if the practice is transferred, subject to this policy or equivalent protections
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use.
Cookies and website data
The website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic operation, analytics, and (where enabled) form handling. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site features.
Data retention
We keep contact and account information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and professional record-keeping duties, and honor opt-out requests. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained so we can demonstrate consent and avoid messaging numbers that have canceled. Website logs are kept only as long as reasonably useful for security and operations.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to leave the SMS program, or HELP for program help
- Email info@right.rehab to update or correct contact information
- Ask us what information we hold about you in connection with the website or messaging program, subject to legal limits
Washington residents and others may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Contact us to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
Children
The website is intended for adults scheduling care for themselves or a minor in their custody. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 for marketing. A parent or guardian may provide a mobile number on a paper Communications Consent form when consenting to messages about that child’s appointments.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for the information we maintain. No website, email, or SMS channel is completely secure. Please use the contact methods above if you believe your information has been compromised.
