Terms and Conditions
Effective date: September 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://right.rehab and the SMS messaging program operated by Right Rehab, LLC, doing business as Right Rehab Physical Therapy (“Right Rehab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The practice
Right Rehab is a cash-pay, direct-access outpatient physical-therapy clinic in Kirkland, Washington. Website content is for general information. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or a substitute for an in-person evaluation. Booking or contacting us does not create a provider–patient relationship until we accept you as a patient and begin care.

SMS messaging terms
By providing your mobile phone number and signing a paper Communications Consent form, you agree to receive automated text messages from Right Rehab about appointment reminders and billing notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not required to receive treatment.
Program description
The Right Rehab SMS program is an application-to-person messaging program. Messages are sent from the practice to the mobile number you provided. Messages are limited to two kinds: appointment reminders and billing notifications. This is a transactional program; no marketing or promotional messages are sent.
How you opt in
End users opt in by one method only:
- Paper form. A paper Communications Consent form completed at the clinic. It carries a phone-number field, an unchecked consent box, a description of message types, message frequency, the statement that message and data rates may apply, HELP and STOP instructions, and visible links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and it is signed by the patient. A blank copy is published at right.rehab/sms-consent/.
There is no web-form or online opt-in. Registered patients can set Allow SMS to NO at any time in the secure patient portal; the portal is for changing or withdrawing a preference, not for giving consent.
We will not treat a pre-checked box as consent. Leaving the SMS box on the paper form unchecked, or leaving the form blank, means you have not opted in to the messaging program.
Message frequency, cost, and carriers
Message frequency varies with your appointments and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Supported carriers may change. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
HELP and STOP
- Reply HELP for help, or contact (425) 825-0898 or info@right.rehab.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You may also use STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
After a STOP request we will send one confirmation text and then cease further SMS to that number, other than any message strictly required by law. You may opt in again later by signing a new paper Communications Consent form.
Consent is voluntary
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of receiving physical-therapy treatment. You may decline SMS and still book and attend appointments using phone, email, or the website.
Eligibility and your responsibilities
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, that the number is a U.S. mobile number capable of receiving SMS, and that you are at least 18 years old or a parent or guardian consenting for a minor patient. You agree to notify us if you change or surrender that number. You agree not to use the messaging program for emergency medical needs — call 911 or seek urgent care.
Use of mobile numbers
We use opted-in mobile numbers to send the messages described above and to process HELP and STOP requests. We will not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Website use
You may use the website for lawful purposes related to learning about the practice and contacting us. You agree not to misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for commercial reuse. All site text, logos, and images are owned by Right Rehab or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Appointments and payments
Appointment availability, session types, and posted prices may change. Payment terms shown on the Contacts page or quoted at the clinic apply to services you book. Cancellation and no-show policies described during booking or at intake apply. Online payment links (including Stripe) are operated by those processors under their own terms.
No professional advice on the website
Exercise descriptions, condition summaries, and educational copy on the website are general information only. Do not start, stop, or change a care plan based solely on the website. Seek in-person evaluation for symptoms that concern you.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and SMS program are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free delivery of web pages or text messages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Rehab and its owner, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Our total liability for claims arising from the website or SMS program is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under Washington law. This section does not limit liability for professional services provided in the clinic, which are governed by applicable health-care law and the documents you sign at intake.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Right Rehab against claims arising from your misuse of the website, your provision of a number you are not authorized to use, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent a claim is caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes relating to the website or SMS program is the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version at https://right.rehab/tc/. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use of the website or the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
